Thank You for your interest in the Sugarcloud ceiling lamp.

It is a very special piece, the one and only, single existing, hand made, crocheted from white cotton thread. It takes the shape of a cloud.

The lamp has been created using a technique traditional in the south of Poland, used for crocheted Christmas tree decorations.

Little white crocheted angels, stars and snowflakes are dipped into a mixture of water and sugar. This allows to shape them and when they have dried makes them stiff and durable.
